great service but breakfast timing needs improvement

I appreciated how Danitra and Chris went out of their way to help us fix our TV. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for us. The cleanliness of the facilities exceeded our expectations, making us feel welcome. The breakfast selection was decent, although we arrived near the end of service, which meant limited options left.

Good staff, but noisy nights

Just stayed for 2 nights with family. The team at the front desk was super sweet and really helped us out. Room was nice and clean, but dang, the highway noise was a real pain at night! Breakfast wasn’t great either, but at least the bananas were decent.

During my stay, housekeeping repeatedly showed up before checkout time, creating a rather abrupt wake-up experience. Additionally, I faced an ongoing issue with cleanliness, as I requested towels but was told they were out for both nights—a definite inconvenience when you want fresh linens. The pool area was another letdown. the water had a noticeable green hue, suggesting maintenance could use a little more focus, which isn't ideal for a relaxing dip.

The deluxe queen studio we stayed in was clean and comfortable, making our visit enjoyable. Although the breakfast was good, service was disrupted by a broken juice-water machine and limited bottled water options. A rude shuttle bus driver overshadowed some positives, as he made no effort to assist with our luggage upon arrival and departure.

Had a great time with my friends at this hotel! Close to SK8 City and Frames n' Games, we had fun activities lined up. The staff was friendly and our Deluxe Queen Studio was clean and spacious, perfect for the group. Plus, the indoor pool was a blast for some late-night splashes!

However, there was some confusion about housekeeping. When we needed extra towels, the front desk seemed put out by our request, which was a bit off-putting.
